You can tell by how much we are in a bear market by how much the stock drops after it goes ex dividend.
SUTL Dropped like 10 cents after a 5 cent dividend. I see this a lot with HK stocks too lately, if I sold all my stocks right before the ex date and bought back right after I would have made a nice profit.
Re: Datalab, it is strange they don't just make an offer. Why announce you will buyout the other shareholders without making an offer? Is there some sort of regulation in Slovenia that mandates this?
It looks like an interesting situation, <10x PE, so unless they don't need the votes, they probably need to offer a premium to the 12e it is trading at now?
