Nothing on here is investment advice. Do your own due dilligence.
Opera has been nothing short of an amazing investment. Opera announced it will start paying a regular semi-annual dividend of USD 0.40 per ADS. As of writing, this represents an annualized dividend yield of 4.3% on the current share price. On my cost-basis, it represents an 18% yield. Going forward, it will be interesting to see what happens to Opera’s stake in Opay.
Bought a small stake in iEnergizer. iEnergizer offers business process outsourcing solutions and has been growing profitably for years. Recently, they announced they would cancel their listing on the AIM. As a consequence, the share price plummeted by ~90% as institutional investors had to sell their shares on short notice. This left the company trading at a valuation of roughly 2.5x EV/EBIT and yielding something along the lines of a 40% dividend. Now there seem to be three scenarios going forward: 1) Business goes on as usual and you will continue to receive a ~40% dividend yield. 2) You will get fucked over in a squeeze out at the current super low valuation. 3) You get a nice return in a squeeze out at a more reasonable valuation. Given the uncertainty, it is only a small position for me. However, the risk/reward profile seemed very attractive.
Datalab Tehnologije released its quarterly numbers showing continued profitable growth. They also announced that they entered the Bulgarian market in April.
RCS MediaGroup paid out their attractive dividend. Still waiting for this one to rerate to a more reasonable valuation. Especially the growth at MARCA is really impressive and should be a testimonial to the quality of their assets.
Also bought new position in the UK but this will remain undisclosed for now as a I promised this to the friend who found it. There are quite a few more interesting companies on the watchlist. The nano/small cap arena is a real treasure trove at the moment.
